That list of food might seem short but it's coming along!<br /><br />I think it's best to stay away from nuts and eggs since those are the most allergenic foods (along with dairy and wheat). For rice, you might want to try wild rice, it's quite nice and has a bit more flavor and nutrients than regular rice.<br /><br />Have you tried fish yet?
